skiing vicariously

the other night i got a new set of watercolor paints and brushed (shoutout to ethan and his employee discount and to ben, who paid for all of our stuff and to whom i still owe like fifteen bucks) and immediately went to town doing some painting to unwind a little. and now i’ve ended up with a little painting of the mountain where i used to go skiing. i spent close to 70 days there one season, when i managed to set up my schedule so i only had classes two days a week and would ski most other days. i’m still getting the hang of watercolors and especially underpainting but here she is :)
